As soon as collection of the item is arranged, your consignment will be collected by our courier who will then take it into a local service centre for consolidation. From the local consolidation centre, your parcel is loaded onto an HGV and then it travels to a central UK hub whereby it is sorted into various vehicles taking it to the local delivery depot closest to the end destination. At this point, consignments are sorted again and placed onto smaller vehicles for the last mile delivery.
